ENTRY :TEEN ENTRY MUST BE MADE BY AN ADULT. ENTRY FOR TEEN COMPETITORS INCLUDE ONE PARENT OR ONE GUARDIAN TO BE WITH THEM BACKSTAGE AT ALL TIMES .(ONE PERSON ONLY )
JUDGING CRITERIA
One Round ONLY.The primary goal of this Teen Physique category and judging criteria is to encourage teens to enjoy their time on stage while presenting themselves confidently.
Stage wear- Board shorts/Long shorts (the same style as worn in the adult Mens Physique category
Can wear any colour shorts
Must be bare feet on stage
Must keep branding to a minimum and any branding/logos should be small in size.
Stage Presentation (80%)
Confidence and Poise-Competitors should display self-assurance on stage. This includes maintaining good posture, controlled movements, and a friendly demeanor.
A cheerful and engaging demeanour,smiling naturally and conveying enthusiasm.
Participants should select shorts that reflect their personality and comfort. Clothing should be appropriate, stylish, and enhance their overall presentation
Posing- Competitors will perform a T-Walk consisting of poses that they are comfortable with.
Comparison round- The comparison round will be conducted by our CEO Paulette Syblss.
Comparison round poses-The competitors will be asked to do a front pose of their choice, front double biceps, side pose of their choice , back pose of their choice , back double biceps, another side pose of their choice and back to front pose.
Condition (20%)
Condition will only acount for 20% of the overall scoring in this category.
Healthy Lifestyle Representation- While dieting is not encouraged, participants should exemplify a healthy lifestyle through active participation in sports, fitness activities, or hobbies that promote well-being.
Body Positivity: All body types are welcome. The focus is on celebrating diversity and encouraging participants to embrace their natural physique.
